The event "High-Performance Skiing – Protecting the athlete through prevention and care,"a multidisciplinary scientific conference dedicated to the protection of athletes in skiing, will be held on Saturday, January 17.
From biomechanics to injury mechanisms, from evidence-based prevention strategies to criteria for returning to the track, the meeting anticipates the Winter Olympics with the contribution of FISI (Italian Winter Sports Federation) and a distinguished international faculty.
The event is organized under the patronage of FISI, ESSKA, and SIAGASCOT, and is recognized by SIOT. The presidents of each of these societies are expected to attend.
