At ROLD, we believe it is essential to share moments together where we can discuss, listen to different points of view, and try to broaden our horizons.
For this reason, Rold Academy has launched an initiative open to everyone at ROLD and beyond: the book club.
“It is an essay that makes us reflect on diversity, but above all on our uniformity of thought.”
This is how Nadeesha Uyangoda's "The Only Black Person in the Room" was described, the book chosen for the next meeting of the ROLD Book Club.
• When? Thursday, February 19, 2026, starting at 5:30 p.m.
• Where? At the Rold Academy headquarters in MIND.
• Who can participate? Anyone who enjoys sharing their thoughts (...even without having read the book!)
To confirm your attendance and allow us to organize activities in the best possible way, please register by filling out the form: https://forms.gle/7saFX2E3DqqA17xo9
The Book Club is open to anyone who wants to participate, even outside of ROLD: so feel free to spread the word!
Every three months or so, anyone who wants to can participate in the analysis of a book that is chosen together and broaden the discussion to grow, exchange ideas, and facilitate communication between different people, whether they are Rold employees or friends.
