Lendlease unveils West Gate, the western area of the Innovation District. A laboratory for the city of the future, it is the place where digital and technological solutions will be tested to make MIND a district dedicated to innovation, sustainability, circularity, competitiveness, culture, and inclusion.
Work has already begun and permits have been obtained. Simone Santi, Development Director at Lendlease, presented the project.
During the press conference announcing the project, the designers entrusted by Lendlease with the master plan and development of the various lots were also presented: from Mario Cucinella and Andrea Rossi of MCA Architects, to Giuliana Bonifati of LAND and Mara Servetto of Migliore+Servetto Architects; Paolo Brescia of OBR Open Building Research and Andrea D'Antrassi of MAD architects, Francesco Fresa of Piuarch, Gianluca Peluffo of Studio Peluffo, and Andrew Waugh of Waugh Thistleton Architect.
