MIND Education is a joint project of the MIND innovation district, which since 2018 has been involving students of all ages and schools in citizenship education, career guidance, and PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation) programs, within the framework of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In each edition, the project evolves with new formats with the aim of placing young people at the center of the MIND development project, making them aware protagonists of the city of the future.

Two activities will soon be launched for the 2024–2025 edition of MIND Education: the new edition of the competition for elementary and middle schools, "A City in MIND", in which children and young people are asked to develop solutions, ideas, and proposals to promote social and environmental sustainability in the city of the future; and the PCTO program for high schools, aimed at exploring educational and work opportunities starting from the stakeholders present in MIND with the involvement of companies, universities, and ITS.

In its first seven editions, the program has already reached over 11,100 students from primary schools to universities and awarded €109,000 in prizes, mainly for the purchase of equipment or educational activities.

MIND Education is a project conceived and promoted by Arexpo, Lendlease, and Fondazione Triulza. The latest edition was developed thanks to a partnership with the San Donato Group, collaboration with Human Technopole, the University of Milan, the Polytechnic University of Milan, and the JRC-European Commission, and support from the Think Smart Mobility @MIND business network.
