Storie in Luce: Volti e visioni del futuro @MIND (Stories in Light: Faces and Visions of the Future @MIND) is the new photography exhibition by Adriano Mauri, which will open on November 27 at The Hive, a workspace and cultural hub in the heart of MIND – Milano Innovation District.

The exhibition brings together a selection of portraits taken in spring 2025, dedicated to the people who live and breathe the innovation district every day: researchers, entrepreneurs, creatives, students, and professionals. Through his lens, Mauri captures the vitality of an evolving community, transforming light into narrative language and photography into a tool for collective memory.

"I have always believed that photography serves to preserve the memory of places and people," says Adriano Mauri. "Here at MIND, I have found a living ecosystem, where innovation is built on relationships and encounters. With this project, I wanted to leave a testimony: a human archive of those who contribute every day to building the future."

With a thirty-year career behind him, Mauri is now House Manager at The Hive, where his passion for people and stories finds new expression in a context of innovation and collaboration. The project stems from the synergy between the photographer's sensitivity and the cultural vision of Stella 33 and Stella Art Lab, with the support of Lendlease, Bracco, Nikon Europe B.V., and Confidi Systema.

The exhibition represents the first chapter of a journey aimed at promoting art and culture as tools for connection within the MIND Innovation District.
Storie in Luce is an invitation to reflect on the future through the faces of the present: a choral narrative that combines innovation, humanity, and memory.
